Our honey
Our honey is naturally raw, pure and untreated. We personally tend to the welfare of our bees, build our own hive boxes, and harvest by hand. Our honey is seasonally available at Andrew and Shizu’s clinic.
Sugargum Honey
Very sweet with a hint of eucalyptus scent. Beautiful light yellow colour.
Strawberry Clover Honey
Perfectly sweet honey with a light golden colour.
Stringy Bark / Messmate Honey
Deep dark colour with coffee undertones and a stringybark scent. This unique flavour is the taste of the Otways.
